YogaDevotion
The next eight-week session of Yogadevotion begins on March 6, 2012 and runs through Tuesday, April 24, 2012, from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Parish Hall. The class is appropriate for all levels. Free childcare is provided.
We need ten people pre-paid (checks received no later than Sunday March 4) in order to start the session on March 6.The cost of each eight-week session is $55. Write your check to Ascension Episcopal Church and jot down “yoga” in the memo line of the check. Put it in the brown envelope on the staff mailboxes in the church hallway (just outside the kitchen) or mail to:

If you are new to yoga, here’s what you need to know: wear loose clothes, bring a yoga mat, come with clean feet for better grip on the mat, come with a reasonably empty stomach, and please be on time. We have several spare yoga mats if you don’t have one.
Yogadevotion LLC began ten years ago. Some call Yogadevotion a time of prayer, some a time of worship, some a time to simply be present to God in a new way and experience an increased sense of God’s Presence in the midst of busy lives.
