 al and spiritual nourishment during the University Episcopal Community’s
  (UEC) Dinner Church services\, please join us in Ascension’s kitchen 
 to prepare meals. We also need volunteers to deliver the meals the followi
 ng day.\n\nFall Meal Preparation Dates\n\nSaturday\, September 19\, 10 a.m
 .–2 p.m.\nPrepare bread\, salad\, an entrée\, and dessert.\n\nFriday\, 
 October 9\, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.\nSoup-making day to help alleviate food insec
 urity.\n\nSunday\, November 22\, noon–2 p.m.\nPrepare a meal for the UEC
  Variety Show in partnership with Ascension’s youth group. \n\nJoin us 
 and share your culinary talents as we prepare meals for UEC students. Vege
 tarian and vegan recipes are especially welcome!
