If you would like to help provide young adults with both physical and spiritual nourishment during the University Episcopal Community’s (UEC) Dinner Church services, please join us in Ascension’s kitchen to prepare meals. We also need volunteers to deliver the meals the following day.
Fall Meal Preparation Dates
Saturday, September 19, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Prepare bread, salad, an entrée, and dessert.
Friday, October 9, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Soup-making day to help alleviate food insecurity.
Sunday, November 22, noon–2 p.m.
Prepare a meal for the UEC Variety Show in partnership with Ascension’s youth group.
Join us and share your culinary talents as we prepare meals for UEC students. Vegetarian and vegan recipes are especially welcome!
