Buildings and Grounds (B&G) provides most of the operational support of the Church. B&G works closely with Christine, the Church Administrator and Rob, the Sexton.
Historically B&G has taken care of the building and the grounds around the building. This has evolved to also include many more technical systems, related inspections/licensing and many contracts.
Our team meets the first Tuesday of the month (in person and Zoom) and communicates with an "open" Google Chat.
Our tasks include Lawn and Snow, HVAC (Heat & Air Conditioning), electrical, Water/Plumbing, computer and network technology support, painting and general repair, elevator, audio/visual, security cameras, locks and keys, and "other duties as assigned."
Also directly supported is the Liturgy Mission "YouTube streaming/broadcast &
sound systems for weekly services."
