The Ascension Memorial Columbarium provides a final resting place for deceased members of Ascension and others who have a significant connection to the Episcopal Church of the USA. The adjacent courtyard offers a peaceful gathering space for families and friends. Funds from the purchase of niches that hold cremated remains, along with private donations, are held in the Ascension Memorial Columbarium Trust Fund, overseen by a five-member Board of Trustees. The Board meets three times a year and appoints Trustees to two-year terms that may run consecutively. Trustees manage the Trust Fund’s finances, niche purchases, engravings, inurnments and the care and maintenance of the Columbarium and surrounding grounds. If you are interested in serving as a Trustee, please contact Chair Bob Bilyk.
